SUMMARY:Caring Collagraph Cottages Printing Class
DESCRIPTION:Come try a new type of printmaking with us! \nA collagraph print is created using a collage of textured materials and/or cutout shapes that are glued or painted on a surface such as foam or cardboard. The image is then covered with ink and rolled through a small printing press to create a print multiple times. Students will focus on creating images with a house shape and imagery that represents home. \nOpen to ages 8-18. Space is limited. Students should bring a lunch.  \nContent Skills: Collagraph Printmaking \nSocial Skills: Cooperation\, Responsibility\, Empathy \nCommunity Connection: Each participant will make multiple copies and one will be framed and donated to Habitat for Humanity.
